So what do we do now?

Do we try and execute the crowdfunding idea and put all the money towards histogen? Replicel doesn't need funding, they got a boatload from Shiseido. Follica probably has enough from PureTech Ventures.

Seems to me that if Histogen had to, they'd probably beg for money.

Next step would probably be to contact Gail so we can get a better idea of what Histogen's roadmap and funding plan is, and to pitch the idea of a kickstarter to her.

They need a lot of money. It might be possible via crowdfunding, how knows. But once they go public, anybody who wants to crowdfund can just buy some shares plus that they then have access to the big investors/hedge funds. So that really seems the better option to me. Anyway I'm sure Gail is smart enough to figure something out.
