minoxidil post transplant

Hey guys,

Right now ive been taking only fin to keep my hairline. I don't use minoxidil since I don't like the idea of having to apply something to my hair daily. In a few years I wanted to possibly get my hair line fixed up and temples but will I have to use minoxidil after? Or will the transplanted hair grow on its own after some time?

Minoxidil is used to speed up growth and possibly prevent shock loss. Minoxidil daily isn't that much of hassle.

so it can be used for a little bit post OP then it can be discontinued without having much of an effect?
