    Am I a good candidate?

I have pretty severe hairloss and I am currently a NW3/NW4.
I have very limited donor but I have done a 1500 graft HST hair transplant at my hairline. (dr Gho)
Now I am considering either just trying to do more transplants or combining transplants with non-permanent micro pigmentation.

I have a couple of questions.
Could making these tattoos directly on your scalp be in any way harmful for future hair growth at these spots? I mean, could it be negative for future hair transplants that I may have at these spots?

And is this technique almost only suited for shaved down hair cuts? Or could this possible help me if you look at my pictures. Could this perhaps be useful for me in my thinnig areas at my neck, or att my balding area on my crown? To reduce the visibility of the underlying scalp.

I would be very greatful for good input on this. Thank you.

SMP will have no impact on current or future HT work. The needles penetrate at a very superficial depth (the upper dermis). It also can be used effectively to thicken up thinning areas and works well in conjunction with HTs.
