Default best hair transplant surgeon in ny area

so, after going silent for a while and letting nature take it's course i've decided to look into a HT, likely FUT because of the size i will need. I'd like to get at least 3 consultations. Who would you recommend in the NYC area? The absolute best? Money is secondary to say the least. I hear Dr.Feller and True/Dorin often. If I go to True and Dorin, should I ask for True or Dorin? Who's better? Anyone else you would recommend? Much appreciated. Thanks!

why do you say that? 2500+ seems like a lot for fue and that it's not 100%, not even 50% at most times guaranteed to stick.

Where are you getting those stats? Don't listen to FUT docs about FUE results. Talented FUE surgeons are at 98%. Do a little research on good FUE doctors before you have someone cut into your scalp. 2500 + is not a lot for FUE. Not at all. If you'd like some names of the better FUE guys there's plenty of information on this board. Docs that have impressed me with results are Cole, Rahal, Feriduni... To name a few. Make sure they do mostly if not all FUE. Stay away from Artis.

Please educate before you jump into it. Since you asked about the NY area, Dr True has a good reputation with FUE. However, never limit yourself to location when choosing. You might find the better option and fit for you requires some travel.

    Best of luck....

Both Drs. Bob True and Bob Dorin are experienced and talented in both techniques. I would recommend that you meet with both of them as they practice together in Manhattan.
