Does dieting/exercise have an impact?
I am trying to lose 15 lbs mostly through diet and some weight lifting.
I am on day 6 of propecia 1mg.
Does a caloric deficit, and/or the weight lifting have any significant impact on my treatment? I am almost 23, with NW1 and a thinning crown: http://imgur.com/a/RPz7C
My lipogaine/minox5% and regenepure/keto1% are going to be here in a few days so I am fully treating my hair. I just don't want this deficit to impact me. I have been on a diet (lost 24 lbs) from July, August, September, which led to a blood test in October revealing low T (420 ng/dl - average for a senior citizen at the age of 22).
I only have 15 lbs more to lose and have been eating well for the last 7 weeks but am returning to my exercise and diet routine today. I just don't want anything to interfere with my hair treatment.

It won't help your hair at all, that's for sure.
You can still lose weight if you run enough and hard enough to get your heart rate up for a while, and lift enough reps to burn your muscle groups.
Just make sure you're eating chicken/whole grains each day and filling up mostly on vegetables and water, while taking a daily vitamin. Lack of nutrition definitely will show on hair texture, which will make whatever loss you do have more noticeable and maybe even make it faster.

I eat chicken breast and brown breads daily as part of this diet, and multi vitamins. I need to start eating vegetables. Do you think the lifting will spike my DHT too high?
