Gluten Free Hair Growth
Interesting thread about gluten free diets and hair growth:
http://www.celiac.com/gluten-free/to...g-gluten-free/
and another thread about kicking "white flour" products and seeing growth
I'm thinking about going gluten free anyway... thoughts?

Celiac here, checking in. Gluten free, dairy free.
Still bald.

Wasn't implying it was the cure.
Tired of the all or nothing comments. Yes, mineral deficiencies, gluten, masturbation etc may not be the answer for nw1 but they could play a part in slowing progression.
I wasn't implying
gluten free > multiplication cure

I've been gluten free for years and years, doesn't help TBH. Don't alter your diet that way without medical advice, incidentally.

Same here, tried it, no results. Don't be in denial and don't waste your time.

I dunno, I think that gluten free products and a good diet can make your existing hair look better and fuller, but I doubt that diet can stimulate hair growth where there is currently no hair. A few months ago on the radio show, Spencer had a discussion with Marcus on the correlation between diet and hair quality.

I've been Gluten free virtually my entire life (Did nothing btw) - For me personally the best dietary impact in slowing the progression of hair loss has been the Ray Peat philosophy and outside of that a very low glycemic diet.
