RU vehicle - Ethanol/PG

Is Eth/PG the best vehicle for RU or is KB solution better? My current vehicle is not working very well at all.

Also, how long can I store Ethanol and PG in room temperature for? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but if I decide to go with Ethanol/PG I'm going to buy in bulk.

Not a stupid question because im curious to. I could be wrong but i think i remember seeing it say be stored anywhere from 30-86F..As long as its not boiling or frozen somewhere i wouldnt worry too much.. I ordered my RU solution off of anagenic inc with PG/Eth. Not sure if this means it comes premade or seperate i guess ill find out soon enough. If anyone did this or knows what is up id really appreciate it. Any info would really help out.

Eth/pg is great but it gives me flakes. prefer it over veg oil/eth. Veg/eth worked a bit but once i switched back to eth/pg it was a night to day difference. However from what i have read is that kb is the same thing except it stops side effects.
