Questions about Dr. Nigam's hair transplant clinic

I just have a few queries about Dr. Nigam's hair transplants if anybody could help me out, would be much appreciated.

(a) would anybody know how much Dr. Nigam charges per FUT graft?

(b) How long would a FUT transplant of say 3,000 grafts take to complete?

(c) How does one go about booking and paying for a hair transplant in India, does it have to be paid before or after the operation?

(d) Would there be a great backlog when it comes to getting a slot in the clinic, or are appointments generally swift, and if so, how long in advance would one have to book and pay for such a FUT transplant?
