Proscar Finasteride Question

Hello All,

I bought Proscar Finasteride from http://ukfinasteride.info/ , they are 5 mg tablets so I am supposed to cut them in 5 pieces I believe. I bought this product to cut them http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Pack-of-TH...p2054897.l4276

However, I am struggling to cut them equally in 5 pieces. So at the moment, I am, cutting them in 4 pieces as good as I can and just taking then as 1.25 tablets, I think. Can anyone recommend a good pill cutting tool that would be good at cutting a pill like this into 5 pieces?

Secondly, is Proscar genuinely as good Propecia. I suppose I am after some re-assurance from experts.
