Sr. Julio! Lá no fórum falta pouco para levar um ban! Pilofocus é muito avançado para aquela clinica que só faz uso da STRIP.
No site que lhe indiquei já estão alguns dos que preferem estar num espaço sem "amarras" e condicionados por aquele/a, moderador/a,tão aplaudida pelo Admin.
Enfim, miserável comportamento.

Acabei de ler uma colocação do Dr do tal site que tebho relatado. Foi pressionado a escrever algo sobre aquilo que certamente não queria.

o Admin pediu insistentemente para eu entrar aqui e ver esse post.Há anos conheço o sistema robótico de extração folicular- ARTAS®,mas nunca me encantou por algumas razões,primeira que de fato ocorre muitos danos às unidades foliculares,segundo que a quantidade extraída por procedimento é muito menor que na strip,terceiro e não menos importante o custo do equipamento.
Já fiz FUE,BHT(usando pelos de axilas e pubis),basta procurarem nos tópicos antigos,já tentei há anos as técnicas de micropigmentação,tendo inclusive feito uma parceria temporária com ema excelente técnica nessa área,mas nenhum deste procedimentos se mostrou definitivo e tão bom como a strip,pelo menos em minhas mãos,portanto cai por terra me chamar de desatualizado.esta nova tecnologia da Pilofocus parece ser interessante,mas demandará um treinamento específico do cirurgião e de toda sua equipe além de alto investimento para compra da tecnologia,se de fato,valer a pena,portanto,como tudo em termos de tecnologia,eu vou aguardar que ela se mostre tão eficiente como promete em termos de preservação das unidades e menor trauma a área doadora.Continuo com a strip pois a quantidade de unidades inseridas nas mega e gigasessões é altíssima com índice de pega em torno de 100% com uma mínima cicatriz que fica perfeitamente camuflada na imensa maioria dos pacientes.podem existir casos de alargamento?Claro,nada é garantia de perfeição na vida,mas trabalho dentro de custo x benefício e por enquanto não cogito mudar de técnica,apesar de eu já ter conhecido e usado todas(menos as robóticas).Para quem não leu,sugiro que leiam: http://www.peruzzo.med.br/novidades-do- ... ntagem.asp

"treinamento específico" - "alto investimento para compra da tecnologia" - " preservação das unidades e menor trauma " Pois é,confrades. Se o médico não investir, se não evoluir na técnica e ficar apenas na habilidade de mãos,só existirá a STRIP.
Portanto, há melhores soluções,há melhor técnica e no futuro,quanto mais divulgada estiver,o preço será mais em conta.
Pode-se concluir que aquele fórum faz a única que lhe convem. Eliminar quem posta novidades e excluir alguns , os como eu , que sempre se opuseram a manipulados em certa farmácia de "amigos" para prosperarem na vida.
A divulgação em massa de novas técnicas,que já existem, deitará por terra os "habilidosos de mãos" e terão de investir e treinar o pessoal para manterem a clínica de porta aberta e com lucro.
