    Default Daily dosage of Saw Palmetto!!!

    Anyone knows what daily dosage of Saw Palmetto I should take for hair growth?

    I take 2000mg of saw palmetto a day. lol may be too much but it works.

    that stuff made me very oily. I stop taking it. Maybe my dosing was too high.
