As I said already, the measurement techniques might differ. And Histogen will probably do more in the long run, with multiple treatments, than in a single trial over a short period.

Another point: if the effects of Histogen are additive (or close to it) with existing treatments, it would absolutely be worth it for a lot of people.

I don't ever remember Histogen being available 'right now'... er, in 2013. Earliest date for them has always been 2015 in Asia.

they demonstrated safety...

demonstrated results continue to increase up to a year after 12 weeks of injections...

high responder rate....

higher dose = better results....

IMO this will come down to cost and if results warrant that cost

the only reason histogen isn't available right now in asia is because of the lawsuit they had with that skin company....not because of their results, because obviously their results are superior to anything we have available...get your facts right before you come to the forums trying to depress everyone
