my hair

i have slight hair loss and when i tug my hair hard 4 -5 strands of hair fall out, also my hair is thining slightly on top, i can see my scalp slightly, but it's not evident to my friends because i asked them. also nobody in my family have gone bald, be it my maternal grandparents, my paternal grandparents, my father, mother, uncles, aunts, nobody. what can i do to get thicker hair on top and stop this slight hair fall.
