Biotin and Magnesium?

Does anyone use them in their Hair loss regime and how do you find them? Im considering adding them to mine possibly along with Saw Palmetto

These can more likely have an effect on improving quality of the existing hair than increasing the quantity of hair. But sometimes improving quality can give the appearance of more hair.

High biotin dosage gave me acne spots which I never ever had in my life recently! And saw palmetto ruined my FIN gains, made me horny and lose hair. Iv dropped it all and FIN is recovering my hair again, Be carefull and use dosage wisely with biotin, as for saw palmetto I would advice not to use this junk unless you want to be horny and lose hair.

I agree that moderate doses are much safer and that elevated doses can lead to negative side effects. More is not always better.
