Sleeping after a hair transplant

Hi,

I will be getting a hair transplant with dr umar that will last 4 days 6000 grafts, just wondering how am i supposed to sleep after each day of surgery due to the swelling?

Also, am I supposed to take propecia throughout the surgery and NOT stop the propecia?
