I don't know if this was mentioned, but at the very top of the page right under the name he list the vehicle as Ethylene/Propylene Glycol 1:1 mix, 1% by volume.

So this is the vehicle we can all get and make, and currently make for RU. I don't think this vehicle will work for CB...
