PRP and blood 'quality'
Can anyone tell me what nutrients the prp process would leave in the blood- might it be worth eating a tofu rich salad before the blood is drawn to 'mineralize' the blood and thus the prp- where the mode of creating the prp does not remove the macro/micro nutrients?
