Dr Nigam claims he will harvest 80-90% of Joshis donor in a SINGLE session
Isnt that very agressive? He must be pretty confident in his hability to double hairs, otherwise Joshi will be a mess.
Because unlike the conservative Gho approach, when to do all in with the donor you just cant try to cover the results: you either got it or you not.
Very curious to see the outcome of this. Good to see someone finally is going to try HM full blown, i.e., transform a NW 7 back to a NW 2 in just a couple HM sessions!

It is true that sounds like something very aggressive. I'm curious to see how the donor, and if a person could return to social life (especially at work) after such an operation.
But Nigam is now a fugitive from the forums and we can only speculate ...

If there really is regeneration going on, then why not ? In my opinion Gho doesn't do this cause regrowth is about 0-30%, so they'd kill your donor. But if regrowth is 100%, then you can just use ALL of the donor.

80% regeneration? One shot procedure with Nigam and I'm cured. I've already got money saved up for such a procedure... show me efficacy and I'll show him a paycheque.

guys what density is achievable(with one or two passes) at the recipient in hair not grafts per cm^2
can with this achieve almost natural density? for a nw7 might be slightly difficult i guess but for a nw3 or a 4? with two operations or three?
can someone or a doc answer this please?

I think most docs can do up to around 60-70 grafts per 1cm2. Thats quite dense for anyone who's NW2+. For NW0s that would be thin... although not noticeably thinning.

haha yeah he is quite elusive, and never puts up the photos he promises. I dunno...

Well at the very least if he extracts nearly all of his donor we will know for sure if regeneration is anywhere near 100%. There will be no way to fake it, he will either have hair in the donor or he won't.

Thats exactly the point. Joshis case will be the line in the sand. Im very curious to see the outcome.

This is for sure the best way to prove the concept...
Can we get more information on this doctor Nigam?
