Funny forum
For all the utter nonsense people write about, it's funny that when Histogen signs a letter of intent to merge with a public company, no one takes notice...

Skimmed it, sounds good. Looks like basically Histogen are changing their name, getting a load more money and Biotech investors/experts on board?

Here's something interesting (found in the link posted in the first reply in this thread).
Histogen's injectable for hair growth will begin clinical trials in late 2008, with product launch planned for 2015. Data will be presented at International Investigative Dermatology 2008, taking place May 14-17, 2008 in Kyoto, Japan.
That was posted back in 2008. Looks like they're not far off from their goal and might actually make that timeline.

Quite interesting indeed.
But, I am asking myself, and now I ask you all , why biotech companies involved in MPB-cure researches get commercial opportunities (merges, know-how transfers ecc) BEFORE getting close to a viable product? Just to ask. Maybe the simple answer is: lack of money.

Very very very good. This is just as good as starting new trials because being under the wing of a mighty international corporation is exactly what they needed.
If the deal follows through they will be able to work in a very stable environment which is excellent.
