Well I get weight gain with oral fin I guess topical would be the same, maybe for people with sexual sides this would work!

It is not going to work because blood is constantly being moved around the body and you only have a single blood supply. If the scalp was isolated and had its own circulatory system, maybe it would work, but it doesn't. And if it does, sexual side effects will occur regardless.
