does dutasteride really work?

i think so, its from a uk registered pharmacy.

Do you use it?

people say it could be because it raises t levels but ive not seen much evidence to support testosterone causing hair loss

Unfortunately regrowth is just a bonus and NOT guaranteed to happen.

There are a number of people on this forum that have had success with dut. Like every drug though, it will not be effective for everybody.

i never saw regrowth from fin, thats why i tried dut. No regrowth either. Looks like ive lost density up front from comparing photos.

I don't remember getting any regrowth from fin either. I did see regrowth and thickening from dutasteride. What fin did do is slowed down my hair loss enough to leave me at an NW3 since I was 20 years old, which is not saying much because I don't want to stay where i'm at, i'm trying to improve the state of my hair.

I imagine if there was something stronger than Rogaine, FDA approved for mpb, I would get some good results. I know there is Lattise but that's still being sold in little bottles and it comes out being expensive for use of treating MPB.
