Exactly. Some of you seem to think that if full hair regeneration is the summit of a mountain, we'll get there by a rocketship. In reality, it's a steady hike. Right now we're in the foothills, but by 2016 we'll be a long way up, with the snowcapped summit glistening in the morning mist, just beyond. We'll be feeling good and we'll be better off then that we are now.

Bane why dont you use your army to kidnap these doctors and force them to cure us?
nobady cared about you until you put on the mask right?
imagine the possibilities once you put on the hair :O
i am just kidding.
guys this is late we need sth earlier,,,,Exactly. Some of you seem to think that if full hair regeneration is the summit of a mountain, we'll get there by a rocketship. It NEEDS to be possible for the hair follicle to regenerate. Certain organs in our body can already do this on their own; skin, liver, etc. We gotta figure out a way to do this with follicles without Nigams (lets not put all our eggs in one basket).Comment
-
And I really hope that Dr. Nigam is working on minimally-invasive cellular regeneration too (which I think he is), and not just another derivative of a hair transplant.Comment
-
I dont think anyone of us will care if its a derivative of a hair transplant if the regeneration is there and is enough to bring us back to NW1-2 with GOOD density. We just need a solution....Comment
-
But if it is a derivative of a hair transplant, then it would take so much longer to create a full head of hair, it would be much more labor-intensive, would cost much more, and wouldn't address diffuse thinning. A cellular, minimally-invasive treatment would be infinitely better.Comment

Kalispera friend, lets meet and drink some ouzo together when it's all said and done.Comment

It has been my belief for quite sometime that by far our best bet in the near and medium future is donor regeneration. I'm not a scientist, but it seems quite easy to understand why it would be much easier to regenerate a donor area than to create new hairs from scratchComment

Here's the most fascinating thing about the last few paragraphs:
This article confirms that Tsuji team is working on employing induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS) as a source of stem cells for their future trials just as we suspected
They're working on bringing the cure to us boys and girls....hang in there, it's only a matter of time nowComment

We should have learned from histogen that these deadlines based on rumors and speculation are useless.Comment
