    Default Dermarolling RESULTS *ONLY* Thread

    Ladies and Gentlemen,

Please use this thread for dermarolling results only. No debating. No questions about results. No other posts except results. Everything else can stay in the main thread. This should read like a catalog of approaches.

    Here is the format:

    1. Age
    2. Type of hair loss (diffuse/receding/Norwood level)
    3. Complete hair loss regimen
    4. Brand of dermaroller with needle amount
    5. Rolling frequency (once a week, twice a week, etc.), as well as rolling severity (blood, redness)
    6. Weeks into treatment and total rolling sessions
    7. Results (if you are claiming cosmetic results PLEASE provide photographs)

    1. Age : 29
    2. NW 3.5
    3. 5% rogaine 2x a day, Finasteride 1mg, just started rubbing caffiene liquid on right side of head just to see if it works.
    4. 192, 1.5mm
    5. once a week, roll 10x vertical then 10x horizontal, until red, getting increasing spots of blood, nothing crazy.
    6. 9th week
    7. Got a lot of peach fuzz after the first week, then very slowly some terminal hairs came in from the posterior part of the U shape. Past 2/3 weeks most of the peach fuzz began turning into thin dark hairs. Hairline is still just colorless peach fuzz though.

All the thin black hairs in the picture are new hairs. There is also a lot more fuzz that the camera does not pick up.

Sorry to disrupt the dynamic rhythm of this thread. But this has to be asked:

Koga, since when did you started finasteride and minoxidil?

As Conpecia said, we should indicate our complete treatment, but we should also point out how much time have we been on said treatment before we started with the dermaroller.

Yep, I've been on minoxidil for 3-4 years. I was on finasteride for about 4 months 2 years ago, didn't see any regrowth so stopped. I started again on the second week of rolling when I saw the large amount of peach fuzz from the first rolling session, since I didn't want to lose them to DHT.

Tonight was my 4th rolling session with the 1.5mm roller. Here is an image detailing what my scalp looked like by the end of the session.

I'll be waiting 24hrs before resuming my minoxidil and RU regimen.

All we can do is try.
