Losing my mind of my hairloss

So I'm a 24 year old male, who has been losing his mind over not winning the hair gene lottery over the past year. My hair loss has really accelerated over the past year and my vertex is fading as well as enduring extreme frontal recession.
I have taken the medication route with rogaine (4 months) and propecia (1 month) but had to discontinue after experiencing extreme shedding and other harsh side effects.
I went to Dr. Bernstein in NYC who mentioned I have not lost enough hair and am too young to get a transplant about 6 months ago.

Now strongly considering the hair replacement route and have been in talks with top lace. I understand that a quality hair system costs thousands every year but for my sanity and psychological well-being it is hopefully worth it.

Damn everybody seems to get sides on fin. I think the stats are all screwed up. 98% of users get sides, 2% are side free.
