de novo and graft join

hi friends can someone tell me if this scenario is possible?

we extract 2 double hair grafts from donor....we apply the necessary factors to donor to regenerate de novo style...

can we now join the 2 double hair grafts to make 1 quadruple graft?

i am saying this because multiple hair grafts behind the hairline give very better thickness and volume.....

then we repeat until we reach the thickness we like....
