I don't see why you all get mad about, a nose transplant is basically a hair transplant, we have those already.

Start getting mad when they have multiple nose donations

edit: Damn, I saw the pics, still hasn't this been done with follicles already? From what I understand the biggest problem is the quantity required

I don't know what the big deal about this is, there has already been a complete face transplant. It was a guy who got electrically melted and had all his face cut off, then got a donor(dead) face put on him.
