      The work looks great.

I hope the patient keeps you updated as it should turn out good.

Can i ask what size punch was used on this patient?

      Thanks bm.

We generally use .9mm and 1.0mm size punches. We've seen the donor site heal up well and it's difficult to see any scarring. With these size punches, we are able to extract 3 and 4 hair grafts so it doesn't make sense to try to go lower and risk higher transection rates.

          Hi Janna,
I always find it nice to see high quality FUE work.

One question : would you have used the same amount of grafts on this patient if you would have done strip?

          Greetz,

              Hi Janna.

When these Fue procedures take 2-3 days are the costs still the same for the patient.

              Thanks bm.

                  Bart,

I believe it would have been pretty close. With strip, you can estimate the number of grafts to a certain degree because you don't know exactly how many hairs per cm2 a given donor area contains. Of course with FUE, you can stop at an exact number you want.

                  Bigmac,

                  The cost is the same.

                  Thanks Spex and T&D.
