Season hair shedding
Hi is seasonal hair shedding real, normal ? about once every 4 months my hair seems to get really thin I have read that this is due to change in season which here in the UK we are just experiencing.
I always get this then after a month or so it "seems" to be okish again. This could be one of two things:
1. my hair is gradually getting worse and I am just becoming used to it after a month or so.
2. the theory of seasonal shedding is true and beacuse I have already lost some hair (before fin) my hair looks alot thinner than people who go thru a sesonal shed and dont suffer from mpb.
I would be very greatful with your response
Thank you
