Need help choosing a minoxidil brand
Hi forum,
I am trying to figure out which brand of minoxidil is the most effective or are they all the same? I prefer a foam just because it looks easier to apply. Besides Rogaine there are plenty of generics i came across (Kirkland, CVS, Lipogaine etc). I was wondering which is the most effective and also does any of them have a DHT blocker that any of you have seen results with?
I am not taking fin nor do I plan on it, too big a risk for me personally. I may go on Saw Palmetto but will see how it goes with just minox. May even try dermarolling before SP.

I have only used kirkland brand minox, foam and liquid. I think its the same as Rogaine, but I am sure there will be people that will tell you differently.
I think Lipogaine contains azelaic acid which I believe may be a DHT blocker? Not sure how effective it is though.
Why is taking fin too much of a risk for you personally? Is it career related?

I use lipogaine once a day and have good results from it

This. It will not improve your results from what I have seen.
