S5 cream. How often should I apply?
On the label, there are no instructions on how many times a day you should apply it. I was wondering if anyone knew if it was once or twice a day. Also is it effective?

If you are male you should not use it at all. Males should not even touch Spiro in any form unless a doctor has specifically told him he needs to.

Did a doctor prescribe this to you? If so, it should have come with dosing instructions.

I dont think topical spiro really works well enough to stop MPB anyways from what it did for me. I think the vehicle is the big weakness as it seems to be for most topicals.

I do not think medication used topically works that well and it is always hard to get the proper dosing. Its hard to tell how much is being absorbed and how much is evaporating into the air.
