He's NW2,5 at most. He's not disfigured. There was a study that showed that people who lost an arm of a leg during an accident could get back to the same level of happiness as before the accident while people who got disfigured could never reach the same level of happiness.

You don't need hair to find yourself a mate. It's the caliber of the mate that I am concerned with.

It is not impossible though to find yourself a hottie if you are bald, but you definitely will have to work a little harder. I admit that I will see from time to time a guy that is total dog meat with a good looking woman, but that is usually the exception. Don't take my work for it. Next time you are out in public just look at the majority of couples. They are almost perfect matches. People will usually match up with partners that are similar, especially when it comes to looks. You will rarely see the fat nerd with the hot chick. Unless she's paid for.

I'm not saying that it's worse, I'm just saying he can become as happy as the time before he lost his legs while it's not the case for a balding guy.
