Rogaine and the hairline- Yay or Nay?

So over the past couple of years (I'm 26), I've noticed I've been thinning on the top of my head.. I believe it is diffuse thinning as my hairline hasn't receded very much except in the corners, but I can tell that the hair on top of my head is thinner across the entire scalp. I started taking Propecia about 4 months ago, and I'm going to wait at least a year to see what kind of results I get from it, but I think the front has thinned out the most, and I was wondering if you guys thought it was worth a shot to use Rogaine Foam on the hairline? From the posts I have read, people seem to be split on using the foam on the hairline, so I thought I'd ask all of the nice people on this forum that have tried the technique. Also, is anyone else hair going through diffuse thinning? and if so, how did Rogaine/Propecia work for you? thanks so much! This is a great forum.
