Getting Ahold of Dut in the U.S.
Just curious--have guys on dut in the U.S. gotten prescriptions from their doctors? I know you can order it online in other countries that have more lax restrictions on pharmaceuticals. I'm in the States and curious about dut, but skeptical about whether a doctor will prescribe it for hair loss.

Go to a hair loss specialist. That is how I got my dut rx.

Sounds good. I've had a transplant, and my surgeon is my prescribing doctor for my Propecia. I'm just wondering whether he'd be willing to prescribe dut, given the much-higher risk of side effects. I've only been on Propecia for about 11 months, and it seems to be mildly effective, although I still have some loss at the hairline.

I would say you will know your full Propecia results in like 4-7 months. You do not need to wait that long to switch meds though. If your doc will not prescribe dut, just find someone who does.
I called & emailed several places. Made an appt at the first one that said they prescribed dut for MPB.
