If baldness only affected Women, do you think we would have a cure by now?

She probably meant older guys. IMHO they still care but not to the degree that someone really young would feel. It certainly still bothers me, but not as much as when I was 17/

Simple answer is we cant cure MPB yet. Debate it however much you want but its just that simple. Not enough time/money/resources spent on it and its hard enough to stop us. Many factors involved in it although I still argue androgens might be a complete cure in terms of prevention we just dont have perfect androgen inhibitors.
