They're trolls, hypochondriacs, and grade A douche bags. Look at the main guy "Mew". Anyone who goes there and contests what he says get the reply "GTFO, fin sides are real!!!!!!!!!!" - more or less. Furthermore, he has accounts on hair loss forums where he says slightly mild versions of that same message. He might actually be the biggest chode of all time.

If you choose that website over scientific literature, that's on you. That website is so ghetto - it deserves nil cred.

Mew was actually very kind/courteous in my brief exchange with him. He directed me to some important literature/studies too. Haven't seen a lot of whats posted on their. I assume some guys are douches, some are genuine, some are very emotional and take it hard when they truly believe they are experience life altering sides and people chalk it up to paranoia. So it's like any other forum! Lol. Though, there is certainly the possibility for an alterior motive with that forum ie class action lawsuits, funding for foundation etc.

Yeah, I don't mean to insinuate that sides are non-existent - I've even had little phases that worried me. Some of these guys are just over-the-top and toxic though. I'll stick to the sci literature and my own experience as far as sides are concerned. I don't even want to expose myself to anymore of those horror stories.
