Best Fin oral replacement (Keratene Alphactive Retard VS Standardized Saw Palmetto)

Hi Guys, First of all before starting the discussion Im really aware that Finasteride is the best DHT oral blocker, no argues about that. However as a person who responds negatively to Finasteride no matter what is the dose, Im planning to get an oral DHT blocker along with my Rogaine Minoxidil 5% topical solution.

I used to take Standardized Saw Palmetto 85% fatty acid 320mg once before bedtime for years and this year I replaced it with Keratene Alphactive Retard once before bedtime too. They are both slowing the progress however I didnt see much of a difference since starting 3 months ago.

My question here to all the members who experienced both, could you tell me which one you felt is working better and which one got less sides? I would appreciate it. Im quite confused and this thread will staighten my mind up. Thank you Guys.

In my case, checked after blood tests and visual perceptions:

Saw Palmetto - not reduced the DHT and no visual improvements.
Kératene - not reduced the DHT and no visual improvements.
Finasteride 1mg daily - DHT reduced and there was visual improvements.

Julio Bro, I know that Finasteride is the most effective. No argue about that. But if I had to choose one of these two, which one would you take? Which do you think works little bit better?

Outside of Finasteride that is an effective oral intake of halting hair loss is only dutasteride which is as dangerous as finasteride itself. Keratene and Saw Palmetto are both useless.

Whats to be done? Demand more from health ministries, the public and researchers to expedite treatments from Histogen, Replicel, etc. Fail to do that and you have only yourself to blame for treatments still being limited to fvcking finasteride.

I dont know about you guys, but I'm getting tired of waiting for a cure.

hariri: i would try RU if in your position rather than waste time with KaR or SP. neither have worked, and certainly not KaR. Many have less sides on RU than they did on Fin. just something to consider...

Unfortunately RU premixed solution is out of stock in mobtreatments.com. I will just wait for it to be available again and then probably use it along with my remaining KAR and Minoxidil 5% once a day.

By the way. how can I apply my Regaine 5% and RU solution together before bedtime? Which to use first and how long to wait before applying the second? I hope some can help please!!!

Just buy RU from Kane, its more than likely more pure than MPBtreatments. I wouldn't wait.

HAIRI bro you can just throw your RU powder in kirkland minoxidil. Make 3-5 day batches and your golden dawg.
