Something like that would be excellent. But maybe even a regular shampoo + rubbing with a towel just before shooting the pics would be enough. His skin seems only slightly oily. If not, something like you suggested could be tried, should do the job for sure.

I'll lightly exfoliate and rub the hair slightly. That should be fine.

I've set up a direct link to the dropbox account by sharing the pics without needing to login: https://www.dropbox.com/sc/i2vyq0fpf1w3l4n/EiZ0UZJVzs

    Should be useful for others.

Do you have a photograph of your head before all of the treatments from HASCI?

I couldn't agree more, to people who aren't as obsessed with scalp coverage as we are, this looks like almost a full head of hair, that is just a little bit thin.

Ignoring all the counting of grafts, hairs, donor regeneration etc, looking just at where you've come from to where you are just now, a month before your FOURTH procedure really does seem to suggest that there is regeneration going on. The fact that you can go for more procedures just strengthens the case for believing regeneration is happening.

Gaz, would you say you have an average sized head or is it smaller or larger than average? The reason I ask is that my head is pretty large and I just want to compare the number of grafts you've had to how many I think I'd need.

PS my second procedure is in December and I cannot wait!!

Thats great improvement. I actually think that after 2 more (including the one in september) you will achieve somewhat 60-70% of original density which to the untrained eye, is undetectable.

Exactly. Plus, he should get lots of electric shocks thereafter ...

...so that his gho-hairs stand up more straight - and you guys can count more accurate.

    Cheers lads.

c5000: I suppose my head is either avg or below avg size, definitely not large.

What is your current situation? I can't remember ever seeing your recipient result, just the donor area. Best way to work out how many grafts you need is to work out the area cm2 which you're targeting, aim for around 50 grafts per cm2, deduct what you have in the same area and you have your answer.

Or upload a new pic and I'll give you my best estimate.

Gaz, when exactly is your procedure in september ? I think it was around 10 ? Also, how many grafts are you exactly planning to get this time ? And are they going to work on you for 1 or 2 days ?
