As I promised, this is great news from Dr. Nigams Clinic:

"This is a special ultrasound with specific frequency for better hair follicle visibility.We would be the first clinic in the world to use it for invivio doubling and injecting stemcells into the vellous hair follicle,thus will also help us follow up the cases after doubling...as we give prp,growth facors and ecm for few days after the doubling.This ultrasound would be very useful for fue surgeons...and is also the demise of fut...with the final nail in the coffin for fut,as the fue will no more be bling after the introduction of the follicle ultrasound.The company have done the testing with images for me...my radiologist friend in mumbai has a similar ultrasound for diagnosing skin and follicle medical conditions,i did few cases at her clinic.

I guess it means you can see the follicule when extracting so you don't damage it, this would increase successful yeilds?

That could make sense. But skilled FUE docs get a good yield anyway... so does that mean ultrasound isnt groundbreaking but may lead to an improvement on FUE?

Exactly! And that's one of the many benefits, it can also monitor developments around follicles after the procedure.

man, you still have good hair. I do not think you need to worry, you have a great donor region. I think you can easily solve your problem, if all goes like it should with Dr. Nigam. Do you take finasteride?
