i hope dermaroll wounding is played out good on me, i will get dermaroll 2mm and really press it in . then apply minox(which i get sides from but i will take it for 12 weeks as the study)

That could make sense. But skilled FUE docs get a good yield anyway... so does that mean ultrasound isnt groundbreaking but may lead to an improvement on FUE?

Kiwi...he can visualize the telogen follicle invivo in the scalp and inject stemcells and dp cells directly into the dormant follicle to activate it...apart from visibilty for extraction of follicle in fue and bisecting the follicle in doubling with visibility...

The way I understand it, invivo is a faster more efficient process than invitro and scarless. However without the ultrasound the invivo isn't completely accurate at bisecting (under the skin Blind) vs the bisecting outside the skin (invitro).

Now he has the ultrasound he can do his invivo process without any problems and make the perfect cuts.

Also i'm fairly sure that with the invivo procedure he's using tiny needles, approx 0.5 or 0.6mm, whereas the invitro was extracting the entire follicle (fue like, different size needles depending on the hair grouping etc).

To be honest I quite like the banter which exists in the Gho/Nigams threads as long as it doesn't go over the top, the other threads I don't bother with, so I'm not privy to what he (Ironman) says over there.

If Dr Nigam can deliver, then we'll all find out about it in time regardless of what Iron Man says. It's a forum and unless he is abusing people or violating the rules then I don't see a problem with it.

I think it would be pretty boring if we all agreed constantly, so when I see comments from some saying 'if you don't agree then stay out of the thread' etc for me that is far worse.

This forum is full of speculation.

People have the need here to post in threads about "theoretical" cures. If one would come up with a theory that rubbing cough syrup grows hair, we would have pages of discussion on it. With some people posting along the lines of " i have been rubbing for two weeks now, i definitely see less shedding i believe it works!"

Now when something more "scientific" comes out backed by some research its even more of a deal. "xyz-3 zetta protein" is the culprit of hairloss lets rub "ghj" substance on our scalps because "ASD" study claims this and that.

Its funny how people still try things like RU, when we havent seen a single result on all of the forums that is exclusively coming from RU.
