Possible DUPA?

I've been experiencing a massive swift shed ever since I started going bald less than a year ago. The itch is 95% on the top of my head with the rest on the side and the back. I've also lost hair around the sides and back of my head but not nearly to the degree of the top of my head. If the shed continues to this degree, ill honestly be surprised if i have hair on top of my head next year. I think I'm also responding to fin since the massive flaking I had prior to taking it has stopped and the itching is subsiding. So I was just wondering if this could also be DUPA or have you guys also had some hair fall out on the sides and not been diagnosed with dupa.
