Finasteride starts working the minute you take it, it just takes few months for hairloss to halt or little bit of regrowth. What makes you think fin is not working? are you shedding lots of hairs?

i was shedding the first 2-3 months, now the hairloss is around 30 hairs a day.
But i was hoping the crowns gets a bit thicker, when can i expect that, if it is working...

Your hairloss is stabilizing that is success alone but thickening takes a lot of time. You have to give it atleast a year to see some thickening.

Way way too early, you will prob see good results at 18 month mark.

Are you sure it would take that long to see any kind of thickening? Pretty sure there's cases of guys who begin seeing some after just 6 months/a year.

I think it is reasonable to expect visual results at the 6 month mark. That isn't written in stone though. Some may show results a little earlier, some a bit later.

What I meant was, a year to see a cosmetic difference. A result that would be noticeable to others.
