So your doctor told you that you shouldn't take it because it increases your risk of thyroid cancer and that scared you, but you then decided to take it anyway and turn to the internet for medical advice?
You should find a really good internist, I have been on fin for 3-4 years and I have noticed zero side effects until recently I started noticing mild gyno after I had to stop working out after a hair transplant and I am going to see a friend of my uncle's who is the best internist in my state. I will let you know what he has to say after my work up and appointments. But I think you need to see a well respected specialist to evaluate your situation.

why do you need to take an aromatase inhibitor?
-
I need one because of the estrogen increase from fin

Your body adjusts overtime. Increase of estrogen is only minor nothing significant. Stay away from aromatase inhibitors... you will do more harm than good

I wish my body would adjust I gain weight, There is no way my body would adjust the weight keeps going up!!
