    Hst 1410 grafts for cocacola

Hi guys here a few pics from the hst i had in the end of july.

    Preop

    Hairline design

    Post op 1 day

    Post op 6 days

    Post op 10 days

Overall the procedure felt really simple, so simple that this is where i doubt donor regen. Just take out put it back in front seems like normal fue.

During the procedure i kept asking lots of tricky slick questions and they all parried my attacks with good answers

First day after procedure head is swollen and it kinda hurts especially when anesthetic wore off.

By day 4-5 it looked normal, with crust not red anymore. Day 5-6 i washed my head to remove scabs. A lot of hairs fell off in the process i wonder if they regrow. Hasci told me that its normal. Around the days 7-10 i had huge itching in donor area and some pimples, very annoying! 1-2 days after removing scabs head looks absolutely normal, no one will ever guess u had something done.

Hope that it will grow as it looked after the procedure.
Good thing is that my hairloss is medium agressivity. Not quite nw 5 by 30 like some here, but at least nw 3 by 30 ( based on my dad history, cuz my hair is evolving identically). Therefore, if it is possible to have 4-5 hst without totally destroying donor, i will be fine hair wise. Provided i have the resources of course.

Now if there is actually a good real regen (40%+), this is possibly a cure for people like me, who start early and dont have nw 6 by 25 hairloss. I am in my early twenties btw.

I thought they didn't recommend surgery for people in their early 20s??? I only 22 and wanted to get my hairline touched up. But anyways it looks great and the last pic definetly shows how normal it looks. How much $$$? btw are you on fin or any other meds ?

i used minox for almost 2 years, had to stop due to sides in january 2013. This is one of the reasons i decided to go for hst cuz i knew after stoping minox i will get one of those sheds and i needed to do something to compensate for the loss.

blood pressure instability, lower than normal when applied and then higher than normal at night. Over time it got stronger + anxiety because its heart related. I decided to stop.

Now you shouldnt worry about it because minox sides are very rare. I am usually very responsive and sensible to any drug/medicine. This explains why i had such good results on minox, i probably had very high absorption and response to it and results of course.

Hey i finally decided to post an update. I never got my cam back, so these are cell phone pics.

The first 4 pics are like 30 cm away from a lamp.

Its been a little bit more than 6 months, i think it looks okay considering the following factors:
-low hair per graft with hasci
-it is in contrast with the rest of my hair which is still fairly high density (except crown which is strongly thinning)

Overall, i am satisfied in terms of i did the best that i could do in my position. Obviously, it is a super pricey procedure considering the amount of hair that you actually get transplanted. Also, the uncertainty of regeneration is a negative factor.

If you bring me back in time, i would most likely re-do it. I am actually considering a second one with 3 placement options.
                - all crown
                - half crown half temples
                - hairline and temples

My mpb is fairly agressive, but the overall area is not that big. Especially at the crown, its like a 5cm diameter circle. Because of that, the donor to loss area is bigger than the average nw5 would get. My hairloss is fairly identical to my dad, where he lost temples and crown pretty fast ( with a small crown area too) and midscalp stayed till his late 30s.

One of my options is to stack the front, so i can have a nice hairline with solid temples and i could rock comb back haircuts as they would suit my face very well.

Btw, do you get more hair past the 6 month mark?

you will have a little bit more from 6 to 9 but really not very much.

As you said, it is at the present the best option for who wants to get some hairs... but super expensive.

I woul not mind the price if we had 100% confirmation of the 85% donor regen.

The answer to Arashi is very long to come, they were supposed to bring something to the forum community, weren't they?

                      Congratulation, cocacola!

The "result" of your 1st HST (~1400 grafts) is, of course, much better than the result of my 1st HST (also ~1400 grafts). Here's the very simple reason ...

The green area shows where you got your 1400 grafts. The green + red area shows where I got my 1400 grafts ...

In simple words, NO WAY to get a decent result within such a big area (green+red) with just 1 procedure/1400 grafts!
With my 2nd procedure (~2 month ago), I expect a density within the green+red area as you got it with 1 procedure in the green area - and that means, of course, still NOT dense enough. But as planned before having any HST at all, a 3rd, and perhaps a 4th procedure (the 4th rather just for "fine-tuning") should finally do the job - including the yellow area.

By the way, in my opinion, the "lesser hair per graft" thingy is simply perfect in your case (hairline-zone). So everything you have to do is just to "fine-tune" somewhat your result with a further "lesser hair per graft" procedure for an improved and finally really natural result - IF you feel that you need a further procedure at all ...

It was deborah that did my procedure.

@IM, actually that red zone that you outlined i did get grafts into that too. Take a look at my immediate after op. I got hairline lowered by 1cm and "reinforced" a little another 1 cm.

I really would love to see how is gc's result and donor doing, to have a better idea of how many hsts can be done.

Ahhh, seems I missed your post op photo.
But it doesn't matter, because my treated area was still twice as big ...

...besides a completely different hairline shape.
