No they claim to have helped thousands of people. That's pretty explicit on their website. No way in hell they are not all over the news if that were true
Well thousands is not quite the same as millions, but yeah the apparent lack of media coverage is odd. Could this have received more press in Latin America? I am skeptical, but keeping an eye on this one, since Bauman and Ziering are involved.
I am not familiar with investment scams, but it seems like they're selling licenses in the U.S. and other countries for a product that has yet to go through the regulatory approval process. How common is that? If the product doesn't clear the regulatory process, do the licensees get their money back?

Could it be marketed under a cosmetic. They just limit the claims for the product in marketing and then do not need to provide evidence. A couple more issues may exists to be classed as cosmetic. it is a possible solution to avoiding the rigors of FDA approval.

L'oreal did the same with Densifique and that was just perfume in a bottle.
