Researching HT surgeons
I have read this forum for a few months now and decided to post. I am considering an HT and am looking for feedback on surgeons. I have been on finasteride for 8 months, but am not sure that it is working. There is definitely not any regrowth, but it may be reducing loss. I have mild recession at hairline and would like feedback on surgeons who perhaps specialize in this type of HT. My hair is brown, and fine in texture. I am concerned about the appearance at the hairline since it is so visible and about limiting scarring and keeping the procedure discreet as the longest I would be able to take off from work is a week or so. Based on these criteria and researching clinics, I am considering Dr. Shapiro, Dr. Bauman, Dr. Charles, and Dr. Epstein. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You may want to wait another four months or so to give the Propecia a full evaluation period. I believe Drs. Charles and Epstein share very similiar philosophies and share clinical information not that I am speaking directly for them.
