I understand the fear of fin sides and all, but at this point and time options are very limited. If I had a choice of hair loss prevention treatments and one didn't have the potential of sides, then the choice would be a no brainer. Unfortunately that is not the case and if you want to keep your hair the most effective treatment is fin.

What's up guys it has been about 6 months, I've been doing .5 mg daily and my hair has really gotten thicker and no side effects! As of lately tho I feel like I've been shedding more than usual,my right temple is still rather shaky I have two questions should I make it 1mg daily and is the shedding bad or good? Appreciate any answers !

The recommended dose is 1mg, so I would work my way up to that dose. You are having success at .5mg, so if you are worried about sides just keep your dose where it is at. Like they say "if it aint broke...."

Thanks for the reply, so you think I should go ahead and start with 1mg daily starting now?

If you are getting results with the amount you are taking and not having sides, I would not change anything. Stick to what is working. If you ever start to lose ground then up your dose.
