Which member was able to grow hairs on their fingers?

I remember seeing this a while back. It was either on here or on hair loss help forum. The user basically put this stuff on one of his fingers and grew thick black hairs on it while his other fingers had nothing on it.

Can anyone find the thread or if anything do you remember what the guy used? It could have been RU, CB or a different method I cannot remember but would like to know.
