Awesome work by Dr. Charles and hopefully he responds well to Propecia which will help his crown situation immensely.

cool thank very much to everyone for these pictures and links, i recently was proscibed propecia well actually finistride, however after researching it there seems to be side effects that include erectile dysfunction, gynocomastia, can anybody comment on this? is it true?

The side effects are blown way out of proportion. Don’t worry about it. You’ll see that most people on here who are serous about taking charge of their hair loss are taking it cause it works.

Excellent work Dr. Charles. My hairline looks somewhat similar to this young man, without the hair loss in the crown. I hope my results will be as successful.

IMHO, your situation is no different as far as saving what you do have left, and especially the crown area where Propecia finasteride is the most efficient for most men that use it.
Are you by chance already taking finasteride? Because MPB is progressive, stabilizing future loss is the key to prevent having to chase more and more loss with continual surgeries.
