Default Why do some hairs take frigging ages to bugga off

Seeing as hair on the top of the head is prone to DHT......it amazes me how long it takes the whole top part of the scalp to lose all its hair.

My hairloss started 12 years ago.....why were some hairs/follicles dead straight away but 12 years later I still have the odd hairs battling on.

How can some hairs last sooooooo much longer than others.

I don't understand why hairs/follicles don't just all die at the same time. It's crazy.

Why did I made it to age 24 before hair loss started? Why do some guys make it to 40 before their hair loss starts?

    It's genetic predisposition, brah.

I don't think that is the answer, brah.

For some reason each individual strand is more resistant to DHT than others.

I started losing hair aged 27 - i think i even remember the day - i had an insane mental itching head, i was scraping thru my thick hair with my nails seeking relief, i even pulled out a single very very thick hair, it was a bizarre day - and after that i slowly gradually started losing my hair, and at age 44 it's finally starting to show publicly.

17 years and 'it's finally starting to show publicly' not quite sure what that means.......but it sounds like you have had very slow hairloss.

Means what it says, it's become obvious. Yeah, very slow loss, but the destination remains the same.
