Why cant they do this for hair follicles? Seriously?

Why cant we pay some poor guy for their hair follicles and then "de-celluarize" those hair follicles, and then receullarize with our own dermal and epidermal stem cells?
I think the thing Aderans is missing is that they dont have a scaffold to build upon.
This seems to side step this issue.

If it can be done, then why hasn't someone set it up in a country with little to no regulations, or at least officials that are willing to accept donations?
There are plenty of countries where you can do whatever you want if you have enough money.

No one has the balls "except some who believe everything is possible."
secondly its all about patents and money. there are some companies who developed their own patented protocol of the process, with a selctive amount of cells, for example just DS, or dsc + epithelial cells. etc just to be unique, while its not the best method. you can use dp,dsc,ds, ors, epithelial, bulg part, in combination with wnt, bfgf and bmp2, in a medium that contains serum (also something that is against the regulations), for best results.
currently nigams (india) is trialing some culture methods. this will probably awake the world, and proof that its easy to cure aga with cell therapy and maybe speed up the commercializing.
here is a page with basics rgarding cell therapy, (I have not updated it in a while, but still useful) http://www.hairlosshelp.com/forums/m...hreadid=103913

Really? ANy link? I have seen tons of cell culture studies, but they all either use chimeric mixtures of human DP cells and mouse keratinocytes, or use neonatal foreskin fibroblasts.
Are there any adult human DP cells + human keratinocytes on human skin studies? Not including Jahoda's early experiments.

What would we need to do this ourselves?

1 knowledge (reading the topic I posted is a start), everything is explained.
2 a clean lab, you don't want you cells to be contaminated, with bacteria, mold, etc. which is very easy with cell culture!
with some basic lab equipment, centrifuge, inverted scope, incubator, sterosscope etc.... an university lab should do the job already.
the second will be hard, in our western countries.
-
why don we all donate and build our own lab . no laws no regulations only for the community and if general public wants it we will give the way we do it....
couldnt we do that? we are so many sufferrers here even if we put 1000euro each we make big deposit to buy all the equipment i think

In this case its done with just isolated DS cells. (dermal sheeth).
the isolated cells where able to create scalp hairs. on jahoda's forearm. the beauty of this, is that we can go further, like my first post shows, to make use of the other cells that are trychonic.
"All the wound sites healed rapidly and
lacked any overt inflammatory reaction.
Remarkably, each of the sites of dermalsheath implantation produced new follicles
and fibres 3 to 5 weeks after the graft "

I see this as the one and only real cure.
the nice thing is that allogeneic cells(ds,dp at least from other individual) will not be rejected. this has been extensively studied, which gives a super nice opportunity and future perspective.
a company can start a culture cell line derived from 10 hair follicles.
after 20 weeks of culture, you will have billions of cells to cure the whole US army.
these cells contain characteristics like hair color thicknesses etc etc.
these cells can be frozen, and sent out to clinics, from there you can choose what hair color you want, etc, its like " go getting a tatto, just that easy"
cells will be injected, and after some weeks, you will have your goal.
This approach will help millions of depressed/ insecure poor men and women, its easy, in large scale even very cheap (mass production (culture)).
due to patents, regulations, and long lasting trials + conflict of interests, its still not happening, and the whole world, seem to be blindly accepting this fact. I still can't believe the passiveness of people.
Btw, this is a nightmare for HT clinics, since its the cure..
